We are SFVS and DfE Compliant
In 2015, the Schools Financial Value Standard (SFVS) was updated to include specific backup requirements for schools. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace are usually charged per active user. However, for the education sector we offer special rates and only charge per staff member. Pupils are backed up free of charge.
Yes, our backups are immutable by design. This means that ransomare cannot affect our backups that are successfully completed.
We have many years experience with MATs and offer tailored solutions. Our backup software works very well in a distributed environment and you always have access to our centralised management and reports showing the exact status of each device, wherever it may be located.
No. We only used “cloud first” vendors and no onsite hardware is necessary. You can if required send backups to an onsite network share, but this is not necessary.
Yes, we support the backup and restore of Google Classrooms. There are very few backup vendors who can do this.
Yes, we have supported the backup of SIMS, FMS and DMS databases for over 25 years.
