Reliable and Secure Backup Solutions by BackupVault
To all our customers and partners,
We want to reassure you of our position as the Coronavirus pandemic evolves. Our primary focus right now is ensuring the health and well-being of our team and the uninterrupted continuation of your service.
In summary:
- Your service will carry on as normal without interference.
- We can protect your business data on your home computer (or help protect it for your customers)
- Our support will stay the same.
- Your data remains safe as ever.
And here’s the detail:
Your service will not change or face disruption
Our backup system is designed to function fully automated without the need for human intervention. Our team are on hand at our datacentres, and should they need to self-isolate, you won’t even notice – your backup will continue to run as before, with the same high-security measures in place.
Remote working on home computers? We’ve got you (and your customers) covered
If you or your team are working remotely (or planning to) from home computers, the data generated will need protection – especially over an extended period. BackupVault was built for this. Simply contact us and we’ll login remotely to set everything up
Reseller partners: if you need help doing the same for your own customers, please just let us know.
Our support teams are working from home
Our support team has worked remotely since we founded in 2004. They’re working safely at home, following the Government’s advice to minimise social contact.
This means you’ll continue to receive the same support from our UK-based team, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You may have concerns – but your data needn’t be one of them
Rest assured that your data is safe. Should you have other business worries, here is the Government support available for businesses affected by COVID-19.
If you have any questions, please get in touch with us by phone or email and we’ll be happy to help however we can.
Most of all, I wish you, your team and your loved one’s good health during this difficult time.
Kindest regards,
Rob & the BackupVault Team
P.S. I want to point you to our blog on a growing number of coronavirus phishing scams. The advice may be worth passing on to your team, so they know what to look out for.
